For ten years the Norwegian state has persecuted drug users outside the perimeters of the rule of law.

 

In a series of communications, the Norwegian National Human Rights Institution (NIM) has sided with the state in support of these atrocities and, due to its role in the continuing cover-up, AROD has complained about this situation to GANHRI.  

 

After first rejecting the complaint, its Sub Committee on Accreditation (SCA) will be discussing the Norwegian NHRI and its alleged role in the cover up in its March session, and we are hoping that the implications of First principles will be taken seriously.
